To support Wells Fargo’s CTO, CMGT streamlined the virtual machine request process and helped launch the VM in a Day initiative. We also built a governance framework for a new release team. CMGT helped MSPB reduce a 3,600-case backlog by leading change management for a new e-Appeal system. We aligned leadership, engaged users, and supported training. Within eight months, backlog dropped 70%, and the system served over 11,000 users with high adoption and strong staff participation.
